3rd Line Support Engineer, Newcastle, 30K
A growing Managed Services Provider are looking to hire a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer to join their team providing remote support to a variety of clients.
As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will provide 3rd line support to range of both small and medium sized clients across a variety of industries and remotely assisting with regular maintenance and support and helping them keep abreast of the latest technology.
We would ideally be looking for someone who can demonstrate the following;
- Recent experience working in a similar role as an IT professional, ideally in 3rd Line Support capacity encompassing administration, configuration and project based experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- An aptitude for picking up new technologies
Your technical experience will include;
- Microsoft Azure
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Windows Server 2012r2
- Active Directory
