Our client is looking for an Escalation Engineer for the Identity-Cloud group in Irving, TX. As a Support Engineer you will act as the first access point. You will be taking two to four cases per day via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service to resolve complex technical problems for large enterprise customers. Right now there is an overflowing amount of cases that are untouched and need to be resolved. You will be dealing with issues in troubleshooting Windows Azure Active Directory components.
