2nd Line Support Engineer

Office 365 Support - Up to £40k

MS Gold Partner who are continuing to grow their support team are looking for an Support Engineer experienced in both 1st and 2nd line support to join the business during this busy period. They are offering opportunities to grow as a valued member of the support team with a chance to move into 3rd line, which includes lots of training to enhance your career.

The role is to support and work with the latest MS technologies (Windows Server, Microsoft Azure & Office 365). Ideally you will have around 2 years' experience and demonstrate support knowledge to a 1st or 2nd line level of the following technologies:

• Office 365
• Windows Server (2012 / 2016 / 2019)
• Active Directory
• Windows networking
• Basic routing, switching and Firewall rules

Not essential but nice to have:

• Professional services / MSP Background
• M365 / Azure certifications
