About the Role

In the role of Cloud Solutions Specialist (M365 Intune/Azure) you'll provide input and support to the sales and commercial teams to engage with our customers to understand and help shape the solution to meet the defined requirements and desired business outcomes, work individually or as part of a team on project related implementation, migration, and transitions and to help support ongoing optimisation of non-complex services. 
 
You'll embrace the adoption of Microsoft Framework related to M365/Azure to drive efficiency, governance, and standardisation of repeatable solutions and be comfortable helping and supporting colleagues via knowledge sharing. You will also take personal responsibility for the development of skills to ensure these remain up to date and relevant.
 
This role is based at our modern relaxed offices in Meppershall, Bedfordshire where there is unlimited Starbucks coffee to keep your fuelled, fruit to ensure you get your five a day, the best tech to ensure and flexibility to split your time between the office and home.

You'll need to have the following qualifications, skills, and experience for this role: 

• SME knowledge level and practical skills primarily related to Endpoint Management aspects of M365 including Intune (MAM, MEM, MDM), Autopilot, Conditional Access, Cloud App Security, Threat Protection, Defender, Information Protection and compliance and Security.
• Solid understanding of Azure Administration task or prepared to gain that knowledge. 
• Experience at communicating and presenting to customers at all levels.
• Ideally some hands-on knowledge and experience with PowerShell and creating PowerShell scripts.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, and related technology/solution concepts including Azure Sentinel
• Experienced in implementing Cloud solutions using structured methodologies. 
• Able to interpret complex designs and architectures and work with technical instruction Advanced troubleshooting and problem skills following methodical approach.
• Certified or actively working towards Microsoft Certifications: AZ-104, MD-101, MS-101, AZ-140, MS-500 (The following Microsoft Certification would be beneficial MD-100, AZ-500)
• Strong understanding of related technologies including Microsoft Windows 10/11, Autopilot, Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager, AppLocker and/or Windows Defender Application Control
