What you’ll be doing:
- Bring all IT support in house with a focus on Help Desk I & II
- Implement a VDI and work with cool technologies like Azure
- Help support both in house users and SaaS customers
- Problem solve and effectively troubleshoot in an MS environment
- Support hardware and software on internal desktops
- Provide effective operations support and outage environment help
- Support enterprise users and be on call once a month
