Senior Infrastructure Analyst

Hybrid - 2-3 Days in office

My client is one of the world's largest Construction and facilities companies and they are now looking for a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join their team. They are looking for a highly motivated candidate who likes to be part of a team and who likes a challenge in an evolving environment and driven by success.

Your responsibilities in this role:
Responsible for ensuring network infrastructure, servers and associated systems are maintained supported and developed in order to prove secure and available data services to 6500 IT users across 300 locations in the UK.
You will also be responsible for life cycle planning and continuous service improvement of IT infrastructure.

Experience:
* Experience as a Microsoft Cloud Operations Engineer
* Strong operational skills and mindset
* Team Leadership - Experience of running a small team of infrastructure analysts.

Essential Skills:
* Microsoft Azure including Site recovery (ASR) and M365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams
* AWS, Will also be considered.
* IaaS (Windows / Linux)
* Azure networking (private endpoints, Azure firewalls, VPNs, IP Groups etc)
* Monitoring / Alerting / log Analytics
* Sentinel
* Logic Apps
* API Mgmt. gateways
* Azure AD / AD
* Intune and Autopilot
* Application Proxies
* Data management Gateways
* Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V and high availability failover clustering.
* Microsoft Data Protection Manager
* PowerShell scripting and automation
* Strong knowledge of resilient LAN and WAN infrastructure/technologies
* Physical layer - Switching / Routing / Firewall
* Virtual Layer - MPLS / VRF / Hypervisor Virtual network layers
* Application layer - IPv4&6 / DHCP / DNS / Active Directory Services

Candidates must hold the AZ104 certification or working towards it
