As a Software Engineer in the Quantum Software Platform team, you will contribute to our Azure Quantum software stack. You will work within the Azure ecosystem to build scalable, robust solutions to run quantum algorithms on hardware from a range of providers, and also collaborate with those providers to design and implement ongoing additions to the software stack. You will build upon your current skills at cloud service engineering and learn about quantum software technologies as you go. This role offers flexibility to work from home up to 50%, while spending the balance of your time interacting with peers in our Redmond office.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work experience.
* 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work experience.
* Prior experience building large cloud services.
